One of the top activities in California is hiking! There are a lot of cool trails, views and sunsets to catch! On our latest instagram post you can see some pictures from Potato Chip Rock, that is only a 45 min drive from San Diego and is one really awesome hike we can recommend!
Wondering what to bring on your hike? No worries! Here's a few good pointers:
H20 Probably the most important thing to remember is to stay hydrated! Take plenty water with you! It's always better to bring some extra water bottles.
Footwear Good shoes is everything. A pair of trail shoes is all you need for some lighter hikes.
Sun screen + sun glasses It is so easy to forget, but OH, so important! Also, the higher protection the better.
Snack(s) Remember to eat a good meal before you head out on your hike, and bring some nice snacks to eat along the way! Or why not finish with at picknick on the top?
Carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers are easy to bring and very tasty! If you're in a picknick mood you can make your own sandwiches too!
Backpack So you can fit your water, sun screen and snacks. Of course!
